I would like to welcome you to B3Networks Academy's new home. As the Head of B3Networks Academy, I will be writing down this first blog post to share a little more about us and what we have in store for everyone moving forward.
B3Networks Academy started in September 2020 as the Product Academy with the objective of supporting B3Networks service providers with better product communication & training.
Over the past 6-months, we at the Product Academy have supported service providers and their customers by conducting online training and publishing various product documents and guides.
With passing time, we learnt the need of the Product Academy goes beyond just "product" and dives deep into other areas such as sales and marketing. As such, the management and my team decided to take a step forward by evolving the Product Academy into B3Networks Academy.
As we take a step forward, B3Networks Academy's primary objective will be focused on activating service providers to use and better sell B3Networks platform and products effectively. In order to do so, we will be providing resources and community engagement touchpoints for service providers to get together, grow and delight customers.
Lastly, my team and I will be looking forward to engaging with you and your team for continous growth.
